WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
We only use high quality ABS plastic as you would find in Legos and Gundam model kits from japan. These will last longer than your figures will.
DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
WHY PRE-ORDER?
With our products it is common that we will have limited runs, so pre-ordering secures you a set when they are released.
SHIPPING
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated based on location using USPS priority and UPS services.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. However, all licensed Star Wars™ products may only ship to the US, US
territories and Canada.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
In stock products ship within 2 business day. All Preorders will ship once they are received into our warehouse.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking will be provided via email once it is scanned in at the Post office/UPS. A link will be provided to give you updates and a tracking history.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
We use the estimated arrival date provided to us by the factory. However, it is not uncommon for us to miss release dates due to production delays, shipments held by customs or other unseeable events. Please check the product item page for the most up-to-date information on release.
Once you receive your shipment notification email, please allow 7-10 business days from the date shipped and a minimum of 4 weeks to APO/FPO addresses for delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items within 90-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Your sets we designed to be free of imperfections. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will replace the flawed pieces and make it right.
Policy details subject to change without notice. What else do I need to know?
•Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).
•Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges, unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER we receive and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
•Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement.

For your convenience we now except AMAZON Pay, PayPal and credit card transactions.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PREORDER?
Preorders will be charged the full amount at the time of checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?
Yes, we do charge a $20 non-refundable for any cancelled pre-orders
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS?
We do not currently support this feature. Check back for new updates.

CAN I VISIT THE GTP OFFICES?
Unfortunately, no. Our private offices are also our headquarters and is closed to the public.
